On this page how to manage the website with reference to the personal data processing of the clients who consult it is explained

This privacy policy is also based on Resolution # 13 of 1st March 2007 “ on internet and e-mail”  of the Privacy Guarantor, and on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 which the European Authority for the protection of personal data, together with the Group established by Art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17th May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the way, the time and the nature of the information that the data processors must supply to the customers when they connect to the website, independently from their connection purposes.

The processing connected to the services of this website takes place at the headquarters of FAS PENDEZZA s.r.l. and they are dealt with only by the technical staff in charge of the processing.

No data derived from the website is shared.

The personal data supplied by the customers who forward requests for information or to sign up to the curricula database, are only used in customer care or customer requests, as also the data supplied to buy products online.

Types of data processing

IT systems and the software procedure responsible for the functioning of this website obtain, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of the internet.

It deals with information that is not collected to be used as identifying data, but for their nature might, through elaboration and association with data stored by third parties, allow the customer to be identified.

In this category of data there are the IP addresses or domain names of the computer used by the customers who connect to the website, the addresses in the notation URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in reply, the number code indicating the state of the reply given by the server (good, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the operative system and the computer environment of the customer.

This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check the correct functioning and are cancelled immediately after processing. The data might be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of hypothetical IT crimes and damage to the website: apart from these cases, the data of the contacts on the website is not kept more than six months.

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the customer is free to supply personal data referred to in the request form or however indicated in contacts asking to sign up to the curricula database or the sending of information or other communications, or the acquisition of the company’s products through the service of e-commerce.

Their lack of provision can make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

To be precise it must be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this website) the Authority can request news and information according to Art. 157 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003, to check on the processing of personal data. In these cases the reply is obligatory or there will be an administrative penalty.

Methods of processing

Personal data is processed automatically for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.

Remember that for only accounting purposes, for those who buy online, the data will be kept for a longer period, as specified by law (5/10 years according to the type of data)

Specific security measures are observed to prevent the data lost, illicit or non correct use and non authorized accesses


The data is processed for functional purposes for the conducting our business and the activities of subsidiaries and / or associates, in particular for:

provision of services based on the web interface (registration of customer data); insertion in the curricula database; provision of commercial information relative to the business of the group FAS PENDEZZA S.r.l; statistical research; purchases online.

Rights of the interested parties

The subjects to who the personal data is referred have the right at any moment to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of this data and know the contents and the origin, to verify the exactness or to ask for the integration or updating, or the rectification (Art. 7 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003)

Under the same Article one has the right to ask for the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or to block the processing of data against the law, as well as opposing in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
